THE
OPERATION PROCESS
All inquiries will be sent directly to the Regional Office in
Colombo and from there it will be passed on to the appropriate
Country offices where it will be handled by well trained APLI
customer service and operations staff.
All reports, pre-alerts, follow ups will be done by the relevant
Country Office and information forwarded to the Regional Team
in Colombo for necessary action. |
